Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard items. Pieces must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable. All returns include free return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The funds will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

Absolutely. All our gemstones and precious metals are ethically sourced and conflict-free. We work only with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process and responsible mining practices. A certificate of authenticity accompanies every piece.

Do you offer custom jewelry design?

Yes, we specialize in bespoke custom jewelry. Our design team will work with you to bring your vision to life, from initial sketches to the finished piece. Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks depending on complexity. Contact us to schedule a consultation.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, clean regularly with warm water and mild soap, avoid exposure to chemicals, and remove jewelry before swimming or exercising. We recommend an annual professional cleaning and inspection, which we provide complimentary.

Warranty & Repairs

What does your lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, including loose stones, broken clasps, and structural issues. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Regular professional inspections are required to maintain warranty coverage.

How much does resizing cost?

We offer one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase. After that, resizing fees start at $50 depending on the metal type and complexity. Custom and eternity bands may have limitations on resizing. Contact us for a specific quote.
